Programmes (Progression)

B: Logic

B Logic - Main

We are offering young people the chance to gain the skills, knowledge and attitude needed in the workplace. We engage people through music & media (a subject most young people have an interest in) and use this as a medium to train, motivate and focus them. Participants are trained in groups of 8-10 people and learn through project based activities with real outcomes (a music CD, website, etc.), whilst developing accredited skills. The project introduces participants to professional work practices, promotes the attainment of skills & qualifications and often provides the initial steps in a career path.

Young People

The project helps young people aged 14-18 years old who are NEET (Not currently in Education Employment or Training), or at risk of becoming NEET. Many young people may have achieved little from prior education and may be disillusioned with learning. Participants may also lack money, self respect, motivation, as well as basic/key skills, all a barrier to further education or employment.
